How Leadership came to be

The reason why a human can’t live alone is because he can’t provide everything he needs, he can’t master all the seals that let him sustain, after all there’s only 24 hours per a day, so we’ve grown to devise the tasks and rely on each other for our provisions, you had the butcher, the Blacksmith the farmer etc… now that was all before the industrial revolution which made the people realize that if they do only a part of the job they could accomplish it faster with less effort and have more output, which is addressed as a revolution because it drastically changed the way humans lived, leading to factories, offices and companies each responsible for a small task, contributing to a sophisticated product, now organizing all these contributing parts to efficiently work with each other and directing them, you had a responsible person traditionally called a boss, whom after gaining power without consequence naturally grew to oppress his employees ordering them around, and enforcing his economic success into a social dominance but with the raise of the human conscience about equality of rights through the years people have grown out of being enforced and now are on the lookout for better conditions of what one might call respect in the workplace, why should I help you get close to your job while I am being disrespected? Here sprouts leadership, as to guide people through to the right path without enforcement, Now a small lookup on the usage of the word leadership in writings on google graphs could prove my theory Leadership word usage Graph,of how the word spouted out as a fruit of the industrial revolution at around 1840, and it’s usage has been linearly increasing reaching a peak of usage at 1970 a down curve which I should explore latter then again on the increase ever since. And the usage of a word could only portray to us of that words necessity.

Crossfire, a call of Refuge or for Refugees

I have always admired singers that still give some importance to the content of their lyrics, Give it a twist here ‘n there, making it exciting for the listener to decipher,, So yes some songs are like Coloring Books, they provide you with a sketch which can be the song’s theme then you’re free to color it with whatever content you’ve got at time, which is an amazing skill not many can master to make their songs dedicated yet very flexible, and Stephens Crossfire can be one of those Coloring Songs, where the singer has the role of a narrator shredding off his thoughts incapable of comprehending the situation, where the listener can find himself, and then he refuges to the skies for help, where as a listener as of myself can see it as a complaint, or even a stab onto the skies.

but overall the song is very nurturing for many outcasts, and I hope it nurtured you too

here’s a brief fast paced most likely useless translation of the songs lyrics

“Crossfire”

He’d trade his guns for love
But he’s caught in the crossfire
And he keeps wakin’ up
But it’s not to the sound of birds
The tyranny, the violent streets
Deprived of all that we’re blessed with
And we can’t get enough, no

Heaven if you sent us down
So we could build a playground
For the sinners to play as saints
You’d be so proud of what we’ve made
I hope you got some beds around
Cause you’re the only refuge now
For every mother, every child, every brother
That’s caught in the crossfire

That’s caught in the crossfire.

I’d trade my luck to know
Why he’s caught in the crossfire
And I’m here wakin’ up
To the sun and the sound of birds
Society’s anxiety
Deprived of all that we’re blessed with
We just can’t get enough, no!

Heaven if you sent us down
So we could build a playground
For the sinners to play as saints
You’d be so proud of what we’ve made
I hope you got some beds around
Cause you’re the only refuge now
For every mother, every child, every brother
That’s caught in the crossfire.
That’s caught in the crossfire.

Can I trust what I’m given?
When faith still needs a gun
Whose ammunition justifies the wrong?
And I can’t see from the backseat
So I’m asking from above
Can I trust what I’m given, even when it cuts?

So Heaven if you sent us down
So we could build a playground
For the sinners to play as saints
You’d be so proud of what we made
I hope you got some beds around
Cause you’re the only refuge now
For every mother, every child, every brother
That’s caught in the crossfire
Who’s caught in the crossfire
Who’s caught in the crossfire
Who’s caught on the cross
